Enviromental conditions such as temperature and pressure are tightly monitored and regulated in our advanced facilities. This greatly reduces damaging problems that can arise during component reconditioning. Cold corrosion, for example, often occurs at the exhaust gas passage when the fall of temperatures below recommended levels trigger the formation of excessive amounts of sulphuric acid.

Our ability to recondition a wide range of components including steel and cast-iron exhaust valve cages lies in the exhaustive processes of machining the parts down to their base materials, building them up by stellite welding and finally resurfacing and restoring them to their original dimensions.
